What are the delivery times and costs?

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Shipping is free for orders over 150€.
Several delivery options are available:

  • Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours of dispatch of your order (4.50€)
  • Express home delivery within 24 to 36 hours of dispatch of your order (12.20€)

INTERNATIONAL

Free shipping on orders over 250€.
We offer home delivery within 4 to 5 days of dispatch of your order (rates depend on your location).

For pre-orders, please refer to the delivery time indicated on the product sheet.
Please note that order preparation takes up to 8 days during sales periods & up to 10 working days during collection launches.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

RETURNS

How do I make a return/exchange?

To request a return and/or exchange, click on the following button:

For your request, you'll need :

  1. Your order number starting with PA ;
  2. The e-mail address linked to the initial order.

Once you have made your request, the return label will be available directly on your screen and will be sent to you by e-mail.

Exchanges are free of charge, returns on the other hand are at your expense; they will be deducted from the final refund (excluding defective items)*.

Have you received the items I returned?
If you used the Coliback service, you will receive an email confirming delivery of your return to us. Please note that it may take a little longer for our logistics department to process your return. Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


How long after placing my order can I return my items?
You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition.


Can I exchange an item?
We exchange items within 15 days of receipt.
To make your exchange request, please click on make a return request and proceed.

Will you refund shipping costs if I return an item?

  • In the case of a return, shipping costs are your responsibility*. However, we will refund shipping costs if the product has a defect. In this case, please contact our customer service department.
  • In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the item is free and the cost of shipping the new item is also at our expense.


How long will it take to get my money back?
Refunds are made within 15 days of the date on which the return is received by our warehouse, provided all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
